TOOLING

Tooling can be manufactured "in house" using Wood, Resin or Aluminium. We work in partnership with many of our customers to develop an idea into a successful finished product.

If required we can also produce tooling from CAD data supplied by the customer.

CNC MACHINING

Most of our components are trimmed using 5 axis CNC routers for guaranteed consistent quality, however we can also offer conventional saw and guillotine methods if required.
