Design and Tooling
The bespoke nature of the moulding undertaken at DMS and the diversity of the contracts have meant that many of the tools, jigs and fixtures we use have been designed and constructed in house.
Highly regarded as an innovator in the industry, we utilise a variety of materials to attain the best results, including wood, resin and aluminium.
Often working in partnership with our customers during the development stage, our skilled designers and engineers produce tooling for a wide variety of projects from a single prototype to a continuous assembly line. We can also manufacture using CAD data supplied by the customer if required.
