With a large plating “window” DMS are capable of plating large vacuum formed components. This “window” has also enabled DMS to offer high volume production of smaller injection moulded components resulting in the meeting of a wider range of customer requirements .


DMS’s facilities are now extensive and can offer the following range of finishes listed together with typical applications:

All electroplated Nickel consists of Semi Bright and Bright Nickel layers for added corrosion performance. Other finishes offered include clear lacquer for added corrosion resistance together with tinted lacquer for metallic colour effects. DMS prides itself on its flexibility, and finishes that we do not currently offer but are available, would be considered for introduction into our facility as and when required.
