Pressure forming can be offered as a cost-effective alternative to injection moulding.

● Higher is definition than vacuum forming.
● Lower tooling costs, compared to injection moulding.
● Ideally suited to low/medium production volumes.

TWIN SHEET MOULDING

At DMS we can also "Twin Sheet Mould", this involves forming a part consisting of two layers with airspace between.

Typical uses are pallets, buoyancy aids and medical applications.

Twin sheet is a real alternative to blow moulding where surface finish and flat surfaces are required.
